Can't change subscription to Free?

Although I cancelled my subscription to the pro-plan within 7 days, i still got money deducted. Also, although I cancelled my subscription (changed to “Free”), it still shows me that my next bill will be soon.

Please tell me how I can refund the money and cancel my subscription.

Hi @NiclasG , Your Pro Plan has already been cancelled and it will be available for free until July 5th. After this date it will become a Free Plan. You won’t be charged next month. We are fixing the Billing page now so this message is not relevant.
