Hi. I am considering moving to Anima for Figma to Storybook component exports. We are shifting to using Tailwind on all of our projects.

Hello Ian-Russell!
Thanks a lot for your message! Currently we are not supporting Tailwind.
However, this is something that we are planning on supporting in the near future, if you would like us to we can keep you updated once we do.
Thank you very much and have a wonderful day!
100% tailwind support and class names would be awesome, we’re currently trying to define our round-trip for production for pages and components from: design → code → code-updates → (generate-diff-in-git) → new-design → merge-new-design-with-code-updates-diff and we are a little bit stuck on the tailwind part right now to maintain tailwind class-names the entire time and be able to load existing components that use tailwind using the new anima design system syncing (which we just discovered is one-way currently)
Hello Etron!
Thank you so much for your comment.
Definitely! Our Devs are listening to your requests for Tailwind support and it is something that is being strived towards. In any case, we can keep you updated once we support that, if you would like that
+1 for tailwind support
Big +1 for tailwind support for us as well. We are all in on tailwind and don’t think we would get much value from Anima as long as it doesn’t support tailwind and so are holding out. Open to being convinced otherwise though
Thanks a lot for the feedback and request, @andrewle
Yes! This is something that we have in our roadmap so we will definitely inform you as soon as we do support this
Any updates on this?
We would really appreciate using Tailwind with Anima and Figma together.
Hey @jonatan.schneider thanks for letting us know and we’re thrilled to hear you’re excited!
Tailwind is definitely in the pipeline and should be supported soon no release date just yet, but stay tuned!
We are thrilled to share that Anima now offers Tailwind CSS support! in Figma Dev mode.
We sincerely appreciate your patience and unwavering support. We hope you find this news as exciting as we do!
@Andres
But how can I export the code in tailwind. It is just exporting in standard css nor is showing any prompt to choose between them for exporting.{React + Tailwind }
Hello Bandek!
Thank you very much for your patience!
Here is a short article that shows you how to do this: How to export Tailwind CSS from Figma - Anima Blog
Hopefully this is helpful and let us know if you need any more help
