Hello!

May you please share what was the issue exactly that didnt allow you to export the code?
Just in case, If you have a free plan, you do need a Pro subscription in order to export the code from a full prototype.

Thank you and looking forward to your reply!

Thank you for the reply (^^♪
As shown in the image, when I select “Login” and try to create “React source”, a message saying “We had trouble exporting your designs. Please try again or contoct support” appears and I cannot create it ><

I see, thank you so much for the added details!

Would you be so kind to share to our email (Support@animaapp.com):

  1. A short video recording of how you are syncing your design? (I need to see the whole process that happens before the error message)
  2. Your Figma file.

That way we will be able to efficiently troubleshot this. Thank you very much!

Hello!
Apologies for the delay, this is why it is important to send the requested information via email, it is easier to follow through.

I was able to sync the file.

May you please try:

  1. Deleting your browser’s cache
  2. Re-syncing

Thank you and let me know if it works now

Thank you for the survey (^^♪
I tried starting the browser in [incognito mode], which has no effect on cache, and [syncing], but the result did not change.
Is it possible to see a video of how you synchronized it?

Hello! Thanks a lot for your patience.

May you please record a video using the Loom software?
This will allow you to send me a link to see the video.

We are unable to download these files that you are sending due to security concerns

Thank you!

I have shared the video, please check it out.
I recorded what fails and what succeeds.

Please fix it so that the conversion will be successful as soon as possible ><

Hello!

Thank you so much for sharing the Loom.
I managed to sync everything with no problem.
I believe the issue could be that you are not creating a new project for each of your Figma Files that you sync.

Here is a Loom showing how to do this

Let me know if this fixes the issue and thank you

Thank you for the answer (^^♪

However, I tried doing it the same way as the video, but it didn’t work ><

I wonder what’s wrong…

I see, this is strange!
Interestingly enough, I see on your account the project did sync.
So it seems that, while you do get the error on the plugin, the syncing does go through.

I know you have tried Incognito Browser but can you delete the cache on the Browser as is and try syncing on the regular browser (not using incognito)? Just to try one last thing.

In the meantime, I will ask the Devs to take a look at this as well.

Thank you very much for the patience!

I tried “Clear all caches and run” instead of incognito mode, but the result is the same and an error occurs. Please resolve it quickly.
