"Unsupported Figma element detected" When exporting using FIgma plugin

Hello, I’m having the following issue when using the latest version of the Anima Figma plugin.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open Figma design
  2. Select a layer
  3. Open Anima
  4. Wait for code generation (which is successful)
  5. Click on “Prompt in Playground”

Depending on the layer, I sometimes receive the error “Unsupported Figma element detected, Please try selecting another Frame.” Below is an image of the error.

This does not happen with all layers, and unfortunately I haven’t been able to narrow down what exactly causes it. I didn’t see any console errors or API errors pop-up in the Figma console.

Any help would be appreciated on how to fix this. Thanks!

It might be related to some Figma element we’re not familiar with (they add these once in a while).

Can you share a public figma doc and frame that causes this problem (be sure not to include any copyright or private info)?
